The
empty form, ready for pouring.
Putting
the stamped design into the part that will be the 'deck' beside my swim-spa.
Taking up the pattern after stamping.
The
floor will have a drain in the middle, for emptying the spa when needed.
The
next step is to come back and add a darker stain to the dry, stamped pattern.
This helps distinguish the pattern, and makes the grout lines look more
real.
I used Artistic Hardscapes for the stamped concrete floor.
Here's the finished floor, slightly muddy.
